The service
Zumboard is a scheduling tool for content you have the right to publish. You remain the publisher of every Pin; Zumboard acts on your instructions only.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with the Pinterest Community Guidelines and any applicable law.
- Only publish images and links you own or are licensed to use.
- Do not use Zumboard for spam: repetitive Pins, misleading links or scaled publishing that harms the Pinterest community may lead to suspension of your workspace.
- Keep your sign-in email secure. Team members you invite act under your responsibility.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Limits per plan are shown in Settings and may change with notice.
Availability
We aim for continuous operation but publishing depends on Pinterest's API. Failed publishes are retried automatically and reported in your queue; we are not liable for missed publishing windows or for actions Pinterest takes on your account.
Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or Pinterest's developer guidelines.
